Monday, April 2

 

 

2:40 to 3:40:  ALL CALL (including 3^rd grade choir!).  We will finish the run-through.

 

3:40 to 4:40:  ALL CALL (including 3^rd grade choir).  Finale, NYC, I Think I’m Going To Like It Here. 

 

 

Tuesday, April 3

 

2:40 to 3:40:   Hard-Knock Life, You’re Never Fully Dressed.  Orphans. 

 

              3:40 to 4:40:  I Don’t Need Anything But You, Tomorrow, Little Girls.  Annie, Warbucks, Miss Hannigan.

 

 

Wednesday, April 4

 

2:40 to 3:40:  Scenes 1-4.  Annie, Orphans, Miss Hannigan, Bundles, Lt. Ward, Dog Catcher, Apple Seller, Sandy, Grace, Drake, Servants, Warbucks.

 

3:40 to 4:40:  Scenes 7-11.  Annie, Warbucks, Grace, Bert Healy, Orphans, Miss Hannigan, Rooster, Lily, Drake, President Roosevelt, Louis Howe, Cecile.

NOTE TO PARENTS:  Our “tech week” is coming up.  This is the week when everything gets put together – acting, music, scenery, props, costumes, light, sound.  It is exciting but challenging.  The students will rehearse every day, and the final dress rehearsal, on Thursday, April 12, will last until 6:00 pm.  Because an early release was added to the schedule on Wednesday, April 11, we will need the students to come back to school for rehearsal, at 2:40.  Hopefully this will not inconvenience anyone too much.  

 

A printed schedule for tech week will be given to students on Wednesday, April 4.  However, all students should plan on being at rehearsal every day that week.  This includes cast and crew members participating in track, who have been excused from practice for tech week.

It’s almost time for Annie, our spring musical, and we need people for stage crew.  Stage crew members will be helping with scenery, costumes, props, lights, and sound.  They will have to be at some rehearsals the week after spring break, and all rehearsals the following week, plus both performances.  If you are interested in being on stage crew, please let Mrs. Sitkoski or Mrs. Vrotny know as soon as possible.
